Drunken Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 14 oz. bottle catsup
  • 12 oz. can beer

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Form into small meat balls.
  3. Heat water, catsup and the beer in a saucepan. Carefully drop meat balls into the liquid.
  4. Simmer 1 hour.
  5. Serve in a chafing dish.
