Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients; mix lightly.
  2. Shape into 4 patties, 1/2-inch thick.
  3. Broil over hot coals for 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Turn and broil for 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
