Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 to 1.5 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 11-inch casserole dish, add cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple.
  2. Mix together until well combined.
  3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the fruit mixture.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the dry cake mix.
  5. Slice oleo and place across the top of the pecans.
  6. Bake at 350°F until brown and bubbly around the edges.
