Ingredients

  • 12.5 oz. can chicken or 3 to 4 cooked and diced chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 14 oz. can chicken broth
  • 46 oz. can tomato juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a simmer and let cook until flavors meld and soup is heated through.
  3. Serve hot with chips and shredded Cheddar cheese.
