Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • self-rising flour

Instructions

  1. Mix buttermilk, water, and eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add enough self-rising flour to form a biscuit-like mixture.
  3. Work the dough vigorously until smooth and elastic.
  4. Roll the dough very thin, about paper thin.
  5. Cut the rolled dough into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
