Ingredients

  • 16 oz. frozen vegetable combination, thawed
  • 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 oz. jar diced pimento, drained
  • 2.8 oz. can Durkee French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Combine the thawed frozen vegetables, shredded Swiss cheese, sour cream, black pepper, drained diced pimento, and half of the French fried onions in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow 1-quart casserole dish.
  3. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Uncover and top with the remaining cheese and French fried onions.
  5. Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
