Ingredients

  • 3 c. sliced apples
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. Milnot milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Put the sliced apples in the unbaked pie shell.
  2. Mix the sugar, flour, cinnamon, beaten egg, Milnot milk, vanilla, and chopped nuts (if using) together.
  3. Pour the mixture over the apples in the pie shell.
  4. Dot the top with butter.
  5. Bake at 350°F until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
