Ingredients

  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 2 cups thin sliced potatoes
  • 2 cups carrots (2-inch pieces), cooked
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup green peppers

Instructions

  1. Slice unripe, unpeeled tomatoes.
  2. Dip tomato slices in flour, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry in vegetable oil until brown on both sides.
