Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Coat a frying pan with Pam.
  3. Brown both sides of the patties over medium heat.
  4. Cover and simmer until done, about 10 to 15 minutes.
