Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar with cake mix and stir well.
  2. Slowly add eggs, Wesson oil, and sour cream, mixing until well combined.
  3. Beat the mixture at regular speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until tested done.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan and glaze hot cake or cool and shake powdered sugar over the cake.
