Ingredients

  • 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
  • 1/2 cup ReaLemon
  • Whipping cream or whipped topping
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk and ReaLemon.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pastry shell or graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool completely.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator.
  7. Top with whipped cream before serving.
