A quick and flavorful spaghetti dish featuring a tangy tomato and chiles sauce with ground beef, perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner with a spicy kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 large jar Prego spaghetti sauce (mushroom with extra spices)
  • 1 can Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes with chiles
  • angel hair pasta
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fry the ground chuck in a frying pan until browned.
  2. Heat the Prego spaghetti sauce in a separate pot or microwave.
  3. Add the Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes with chiles to the heated sauce and continue heating.
  4. Meanwhile, boil water and cook the angel hair spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
  5. Drain the cooked pasta.
  6. Top the drained pasta with the Prego mixture.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
