Easter Casserole

Ingredients

  • bread slices
  • American cheese slices
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3 c. ham, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large can mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Line 13 x 9-inch pan (or larger) with bread slices.
  2. Cover with cheese slices.
  3. Add eggs with milk mixed with ham, green pepper and mushrooms.
  4. Refrigerate 24 hours.
  5. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or longer.
  6. Serves 10 to 12.
