Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground sirloin
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm party rye

Instructions

  1. Brown the sirloin and sausage in a frying pan; drain excess fat.
  2. Cube the Velveeta cheese and add to the cooked meat mixture.
  3. Add oregano, garlic salt, and onion salt; heat until the cheese is completely melted and mixture is well combined.
  4. Spread the meat and cheese mixture on slices of Pepperidge Farm party rye bread.
  5. Place the prepared bread slices under the broiler for 5 minutes or until browned on top.
