Ingredients

  • 1 can asparagus
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Drain the can of asparagus.
  2. Place half of the asparagus in a bowl.
  3. Cover with half of the cream of celery soup.
  4. Layer with one of the hard-boiled eggs, sliced.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining asparagus, soup, and eggs.
  6. Dot the top with butter or place small pieces on the surface.
  7. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over the top.
  8. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
