Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby beef ribs
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 3 Tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • dash pepper
  • dash dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Wipe ribs with damp paper towels.
  2. Place ribs in a single layer in a shallow pan.
  3. Roast ribs at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about twenty minutes, turning once.
  4. Mix chili sauce, lemon juice, oil, pepper, and dry mustard to make the basting sauce.
  5. Remove ribs from oven and brush with the basting sauce.
  6. Return ribs to the oven.
  7. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes longer, basting with remaining sauce.
