Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. hash browns
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup meat (ham or precooked bacon), chopped
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup green peppers, chopped

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 30 minutes or until set and golden.
  5. Serve warm.
