Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 packages frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place thawed and drained broccoli (do not cook).
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the broccoli.
  4. Mix the cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, and mayonnaise together.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season to taste.
  7. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour.
