Ingredients

  • 2 baked 9-inch round cake layers, cooled
  • 6 1/2 cups Seven Minute Frosting
  • 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
  • red food coloring
  • small pastel-colored gumdrops

Instructions

  1. Leave one cake layer whole.
  2. Cut out the second cake layer to form a rabbit ear on the left side and a rabbit ear on the right side.
  3. Use the center portion of the second layer as the bowtie.
  4. Frost the cake with Seven Minute Frosting.
  5. Sprinkle the cake with flaked coconut dyed with red food coloring for the bunny's fur.
  6. Decorate with small, pastel-colored gumdrops for the bunny's features.
