Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean and cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite-size pieces.
  3. Steam the vegetables until they are still a little crisp. Drain well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the steamed vegetables with cream of celery soup and Velveeta cheese; transfer to a casserole dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the bread crumb and Parmesan mixture evenly over the casserole.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
