Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread sliced zucchini on the bottom of a baking pan; top with chopped onion, then sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  2. Bake at 350°F until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is melted.
