- Slice chicken breasts into strips, then cut each strip into thirds.
- Beat egg with a fork in a small bowl.
- Add milk to the egg and mix well.
- Drop pieces of chicken into the egg-milk mixture to coat.
- Remove chicken pieces and roll in Italian-flavored bread crumbs.
- Place coated chicken into hot oil in a frying pan.
- Cook approximately 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel-covered plates.
