Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Italian-flavored bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into strips, then cut each strip into thirds.
  2. Beat egg with a fork in a small bowl.
  3. Add milk to the egg and mix well.
  4. Drop pieces of chicken into the egg-milk mixture to coat.
  5. Remove chicken pieces and roll in Italian-flavored bread crumbs.
  6. Place coated chicken into hot oil in a frying pan.
  7. Cook approximately 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper towel-covered plates.
