Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken, stewed and deboned
  • 2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can light cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can light cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a large casserole dish, layer the drained cooked chicken, canned mixed vegetables, and soups mixed with chicken broth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix Bisquick with milk until smooth.
  3. Pour the Bisquick mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the casserole dish.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the top is golden brown and the crust is done.
  6. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
