Easy Chocolate Balls

Ingredients

  • 9 oz vanilla wafer cookies (about 70 cookies)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 cups flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Place cookies in a large resealable plastic bag. Lightly crush with a rolling pin into small pieces. Place in a bowl with condensed milk, 1 cup of the coconut and sifted cocoa powder. Mix well. Refrigerate for 10 mins, until slightly set.
  2. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Roll in remaining 1/4 cup coconut. Place on a lined baking pan and refrigerate for 30 mins, until set.
