Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz) package Jell-O instant chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, sour cream, and instant chocolate pudding. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add chocolate chips last and fold into the batter evenly.
  4. Spray a Bundt or tube pan with Baker's Joy or similar non-stick spray.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven and turn out onto a cake rack to cool.
