Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • walnuts
  • coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until well blended.
  3. Add melted semi-sweet chocolate and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 1 hour.
  5. Shape the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls.
  6. Roll the balls in walnuts, cocoa, or coconut.
  7. Place in muffin liners and store in the refrigerator.
