Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 sleeve Town House crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the drained corn, drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion, sour cream, and shredded cheese in a bowl.
  3. Pour the vegetable mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine crushed Town House crackers, melted margarine, and slivered almonds.
  5. Spread the cracker mixture evenly on top of the vegetable mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
