Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cook chops in oil in a large skillet until browned.
  2. Spoon off the fat.
  3. Remove chops and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, combine cream of celery soup and water.
  5. Heat to boiling.
  6. Return chops to the skillet.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat until chops lose all their pink, stirring often.
  8. Serve over a bed of hot rice.
