Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 1/4 cups diced ham
  • 1 package cooked, drained, and chopped broccoli
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the bottom of the unbaked pie shell with half of the grated Swiss cheese.
  2. Mix together the diced ham, cooked and chopped broccoli, remaining Swiss cheese, butter, parsley flakes, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie shell.
  4. Top with the remaining Swiss cheese.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
