Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • a dash of mace
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 can Niblets corn

Instructions

  1. Mix together beaten egg yolks, flour, salt, sugar, and mace.
  2. Drain the canned corn and add it to the mixture.
  3. Whip the egg whites to a stiff froth and fold them into the mixture gently.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into a sizzling buttered pan.
  5. Cook until golden brown on both sides and serve warm.
