Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except coconut in a blender.
  2. Blend on low for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pan.
  4. Let it set for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle coconut on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
