Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 3 cups creamed corn
  • 2 cups half and half milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Saute chopped onion and celery until soft.
  3. Add creamed corn and half and half milk to the pan.
  4. Heat over medium or low heat until hot.
