Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup diced apples
  • 2 cups diced oranges
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • miniature marshmallows to taste

Instructions

  1. In a serving bowl, carefully combine diced pineapple, diced oranges, diced apples, sliced bananas, and miniature marshmallows.
  2. In a medium saucepan, beat eggs well; add sugar and beat until blended.
  3. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and pineapple juice; mix well.
  4. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
  5. Chill the mixture until cooled.
  6. Drain liquid from the fruit mixture; fold whipped cream into the dressing mixture and stir thoroughly into the fruit.
