Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb cheese
  • 1 (10 oz) tomatoes and green chilies (El Paso or Ro-Tel)
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Cut the cheese into chunks.
  3. Add the cheese chunks to the browned beef and stir until melted.
  4. Pour the tomatoes and green chilies into the beef and cheese mixture.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce and chili powder to the mixture.
  6. Cook until all the cheese has melted and the mixture is heated through.
  7. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
