Ingredients

  • 12 oz. can corned beef
  • 12 oz. jar Pace picante sauce (medium hot)
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet and add vegetable oil.
  2. Saute diced onion and green bell pepper in oil until translucent.
  3. Add corned beef and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add jar of Pace picante sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the mixture over white rice or pasta.
