Ingredients

  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can asparagus soup
  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 1/2 can milk
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seafood seasoning
  • chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Combine mushroom soup, asparagus soup, milk, cream, and Old Bay seasoning in a pot.
  2. Gently add crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
  3. Heat the mixture to just below boiling, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add sherry just before serving.
  5. Garnish with chopped chives.
