Ingredients

  • 2 chocolate chip cookie rolls
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Pat one chocolate chip cookie roll in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix sugar, cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie batter in the pan.
  4. Slice the second cookie roll over the top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Pat to blend edges.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate before serving.
