Tips & Substitutions
To achieve a smoother fudge, make sure to stir continuously while heating to prevent burning. If you don’t have pecans, walnuts or almonds can be great substitutes. For a richer flavor, consider adding a pinch of sea salt or a splash of espresso powder. Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before combining for best results.
Serving Suggestions
Cut the fudge into small squares and serve it as a delightful dessert or snack. It pairs beautifully with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk. For a festive touch, serve alongside Orange Brittle during holidays. You can also package it in decorative boxes for gifting or as party favors.
Storage & Reheating
Store any leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If you want it to last longer, refrigerate it, which can extend freshness for up to two weeks. To enjoy again, let it come to room temperature before serving, or gently warm it in the microwave for a few seconds.
