Easy Deviled Eggs & Ham

Ingredients

  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, cooled, peeled
  • 3 slices shaved smoked ham, finely chopped
  • 1 small kosher dill pickle, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip light
  • 1 teaspoon Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks; place in bowl and mash with fork.
  3. Add ham, pickles, dressing, mustard and pepper; mix well.
  4. Spoon egg yolk mixture evenly into egg whites.
  5. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Garnish with paprika, if desired.
