Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 (7 1/2 oz) packages Pillsbury coconut pecan frosting mix

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine milk chocolate chips and butter. Stir constantly over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in evaporated milk, salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the Pillsbury coconut pecan frosting mix; mix well until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the mixture in an ungreased 8 or 9-inch square pan.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  6. Cut into 1-inch squares and store in the refrigerator.
