Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups seedless green grapes
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Make your favorite pie crust and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, stir together sugar, flour, and salt.
  4. Gently mix washed seedless green grapes with the sugar mixture.
  5. Pour the grape mixture into a pastry-lined pie pan.
  6. Dot the filling with small pieces of butter.
  7. Cover with the top crust, make a couple of slits or a lattice pattern, and lightly sprinkle with sugar if desired.
  8. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm for the best flavor.
