Easy Does It Doughnuts
Quick and fun homemade doughnuts that are crispy on the outside and soft inside, perfect for kids' parties or a sweet snack treat.

Instructions
- Place biscuits on wax paper and cut out centers.
- Heat shortening until hot, then fry biscuits in the pan until brown on both sides. Also fry the cutout centers.
- Drain fried doughnuts and centers on paper towels.
- Pour powdered sugar into a brown lunch sack and cinnamon sugar into another.
- Place a cooked doughnut in the powdered sugar sack and shake until coated.
- Repeat with remaining doughnuts.
