Easy Garlic Bread(Fettunta)

Instructions
- Cut bread in halves lengthwise.
- Place halves on baking sheet with a piece of foil.
- Melt
- butter in small skillet and add garlic and parsley.
- Saute
- for
- 1
- to
- 2
- minutes.
- Brush bread with butter mixture
- and
- sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler
- until
- lightly
- golden.
- Watch carefully. To serve, cut diagonally.
- Makes 4 to 5 servings.
