Easy Garlic Bread(Fettunta)

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 4 oz. butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut bread in halves lengthwise.
  2. Place halves on baking sheet with a piece of foil.
  3. Melt
  4. butter in small skillet and add garlic and parsley.
  5. Saute
  6. for
  7. 1
  8. to
  9. 2
  10. minutes.
  11. Brush bread with butter mixture
  12. and
  13. sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler
  14. until
  15. lightly
  16. golden.
  17. Watch carefully. To serve, cut diagonally.
  18. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
