Easy Good Pierogi

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender.
- Add Cheez Whiz and mash with a potato masher to make the filling.
- Mix flour, sour cream, salt, and eggs to make the dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Cut out circles using a biscuit cutter or glass.
- Place about 1 1/2 teaspoons of filling on each circle.
- Fold the circle in half and press with a fork to seal.
- Boil the pierogi in water until they float.
- Fry the boiled pierogi in butter and onions until lightly browned on each side.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
