Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz.) salmon steaks
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Wipe salmon steaks dry.
  2. Moisten salmon steaks with lemon juice.
  3. Pat on grated lemon peel, minced garlic, kosher salt, dried thyme, and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Let stand for 30 minutes before grilling.
