Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon, cut into 10 to 12 pieces
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell

Instructions

  2. Blend well until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the frozen pie shell.
  4. Bake at 360°F (182°C) for 45 to 50 minutes.
