Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 squares sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 oz chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 8 oz sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except chocolate and nuts.
  2. Beat for 4 minutes at medium speed.
  3. Stir in chopped chocolate and pecans.
  4. Pour batter into a greased oblong or tube pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake rest for 10 minutes after baking.
  7. Frost when the cake has cooled.
