Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix lemon cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg in a large bowl.
  3. Dough will be thick and similar to cookie dough; mix by hand if necessary.
  4. Drop by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar to coat.
  5. Place coated dough on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly golden.
