  • 1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 lb. broiler/fryer chicken, cut up

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/3 cup cornflakes (crumbs)

Instructions

  1. Combine the prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing and the lightly beaten egg in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Rinse the chicken pieces with water and drain thoroughly.
