Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 8 oz. skim milk
  • 1 medium box instant vanilla or banana pudding mix
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 can fruit pie filling

Instructions

  1. Put the cream cheese, sour cream, and milk into a blender.
  2. Blend well until smooth.
  3. Pour the instant pudding mix into a bowl.
  4. Add the milk mixture to the pudding.
  5. Stir until the mixture thickens.
  6. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.
  7. Top with the fruit pie filling.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
